Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
Agreement to Terms
These Terms govern your use of the Miora website, client portal, and private concierge services ("Services"). By creating an account or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
Who Can Use Miora
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
The Nature of Our Service
Miora is a private concierge service. We arrange, coordinate, and book services on your behalf with third-party providers — airlines and jet charter operators, restaurants, hotels and short-let operators, event vendors, and security personnel, among others.
Submitting a request through the site is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. A request is only confirmed once your concierge has followed up with you and you've received a specific confirmation (by message, email, or invoice). Availability, pricing, and terms for any given service are set by the third-party provider and communicated to you before you commit.
Payments & Invoicing
Invoices are sent to you once a request is confirmed. Payment is currently accepted by bank transfer; you confirm payment by replying to the invoice email with your receipt, which we verify before marking the invoice paid. Prices quoted are specific to the service and timing discussed with your concierge and are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the specific service booked and the policies of the third-party provider involved — airlines, venues, and vendors each set their own terms, which your concierge will communicate to you before you confirm a booking. If you need to cancel or change a confirmed request, contact your concierge as early as possible; we'll do what we can to help, but cannot guarantee a refund where the underlying provider doesn't offer one.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information for any request, especially where it affects safety, legal compliance, or travel documentation
- Use the Services lawfully, and not to request anything illegal or to harass or abuse Miora staff
- Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Third-Party Providers
While we vet the providers we work with, Miora is not the operator of the flights, venues, accommodations, or other services we arrange. We're not liable for a third-party provider's acts, omissions, delays, or failures to perform, though we'll always advocate on your behalf and help resolve issues where we can.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific request giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
The Miora name, logo, and the content of this website are our property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our Services evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
