Miora Private Concierge ("Miora", "we", "us") provides private concierge services in Lagos, Nigeria. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and client portal, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you create a profile or submit a request, we collect:
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, and address
- Account information: your login credentials, managed securely through our authentication provider
- Request details: the specifics of any service you ask us to arrange (e.g. travel dates, dining preferences, event details)
- Messages: conversations between you and your concierge within your profile
- Payment-related information: invoice amounts and, where you send one, a copy of a payment receipt you email to us to confirm a bank transfer. We do not collect or store card numbers or bank account credentials
- A profile photo, if you choose to upload one
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Fulfil the requests you submit and communicate with you about them
- Send transactional emails: request confirmations, invoices, and payment confirmations
- Maintain the security of our platform and prevent misuse
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who We Share Information With
We use a small number of service providers to operate Miora, each of whom processes data on our behalf:
- Supabase — hosts our database, authentication, and file storage
- Resend — delivers our transactional emails
- Vercel and DigitalOcean — host our website and backend server
We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law.
Data Security
Access to your data is restricted by row-level security policies, meaning your account can only see your own requests, invoices, and messages. Our staff can access client information only through an authenticated admin account, solely to deliver the services you've requested.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use your browser's local session storage to keep you signed in and remember your login state between pages. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Your Rights
You can review and update most of your information at any time from your profile. To request a copy of your data, a correction, or full account deletion, contact us using the details below.
Children's Privacy
Miora's services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
